Welcome to Ojolo Lab, the digital studio and official website of visual artist Abel García Jiménez (Ojolo). By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Nature of the Platform

Ojolo Lab is an independent digital art platform operated by the artist Abel García Jiménez under the name “Ojolo.” All artworks and digital editions offered here are original, limited, and sold directly by the artist.

2. Intellectual Property

All artworks, digital files, texts, and images presented on this Website are original creations by Ojolo and are protected by international copyright laws. Any reproduction, resale, or distribution without prior written consent from the artist is strictly prohibited.

3. Digital Art Sales & Certificates

Digital editions sold through Ojolo Lab are limited editions, individually certified and accompanied by a digital Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
Each certificate includes a unique QR code for verification and is personal and non-transferable.
Resale, duplication, or reproduction of purchased files is not permitted.

4. Usage of Purchased Files

Buyers may print the purchased artwork for personal, non-commercial use only.
Any commercial printing, distribution, resale, or reproduction is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by the artist.

5. Delivery Policy

After completing your purchase, you will receive your high-resolution artwork file and Certificate of Authenticity by email within 3–5 business days.
Please ensure that the name and email provided through PayPal or the contact form are accurate.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the artworks, all sales are final once the file and certificate have been delivered.
Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available after purchase confirmation.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Personal data collected (name and email) are used exclusively to deliver purchased artworks, issue certificates, and share updates related to Ojolo Lab.
No personal information will be shared, rented, or sold to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ojolo Lab and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this site.
In any case, the total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the purchased artwork.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and applicable international copyright treaties.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Mexico City, in the English language, with one (1) neutral arbitrator.
